This blog post is going to about how to glow up during quarantine and how to stay fit and healthy.

👑 drink lots of water
👑 castor oil on eyelashes and eyebrows(this makes them longer and thicker)
👑 moisturise with lotion once a day
👑 brush your teeth every day for the whitest teeth
👑 paint your nails
👑 wear things that make you feel like a QUEEN
👑 try to study and concentrate on work (ugh I know it's so boring but it will benefit you in the future and make you smarter haha)
👑 work out at least 3 times a week (I suggest Chloe Ting's workouts)
👑 wash your face with water every day, morning and evening
👑 cut out sugar if you want to lose weight
👑 brush and take care of hair
👑 facemasks
👑 eat healthy
👑 sleep for at least 7-8 hours
👑 stretch if you want to become flexible
👑 drink green tea as soon as you wake up and right before you go to bed (green tea quickens your metabolism)
👑 keep away from anything negative - have a positive mindset
👑 reorganize your room
👑 write in a journal
