HOW TO GLOW UP DURING QUARANTINE

πŸ‘‘ castor oil on eyelashes and eyebrows(this makes them longer and thicker)
πŸ‘‘ moisturise with lotion once a day
πŸ‘‘ brush your teeth every day for the whitest teeth

πŸ‘‘ wear things that make you feel like a QUEEN
πŸ‘‘ try to study and concentrate on work (ugh I know it's so boring but it will benefit you in the future and make you smarter haha)

πŸ‘‘ wash your face with water every day, morning and evening
πŸ‘‘ cut out sugar if you want to lose weight
πŸ‘‘ brush and take care of hair

πŸ‘‘ eat healthy
πŸ‘‘ sleep for at least 7-8 hours
πŸ‘‘ stretch if you want to become flexible
πŸ‘‘ drink green tea as soon as you wake up and right before you go to bed (green tea quickens your metabolism)
πŸ‘‘ keep away from anything negative - have a positive mindset
πŸ‘‘ reorganize your room
πŸ‘‘ write in a journal
πŸ‘‘ LOVE YOURSELF
